Got refurbished Nokia Lumia 520 for my daughter. She was very happy except that, having lowered the volume, we have discovered that the button to increase it is broken and she has to take the back off the phone to increase it again.
Will be going in to Carphone Warehouse to see what they can do to sort this. Otherwise, all very good. Port happened without a problem and phone seems to have lots of functions she is happy with.
