I looked around for reviews before buying from e2save and found many bad ones (as you do). The main issue was an unexpected insurance bill which people state they did not know anything about. I took a chance and felt it may be people whom do not read or look what they accept. The process was easy and the insurance part was straight forward (you click NO !). I spoke to someone on line to confirm the insurance a couple of days of getting the phone, I got straight through and they confirmed what I needed to know. Regarding the ordering process, it was simple, easy and good communications. I know every process my order was at and even found out the name of the person delivering the phone and a time. So far all is good and I would recommend e2save to anyone.
