Poor customer service. On hold for over 45 mins whilst trying to sort out my upgrade after I'd stupidly agree to it over the phone. On the initial call they made out original they were actual orange/ee and I was getting a good deal as a loyal customer. Once questioned they then said actual car phone warehouse acting on behalf orange. turns out there actual another sub company call on behalf of car phone warehouse (don't like being lied to or mislead). All my own fault for being impatient with my upgrade. They told me that my direct debit date wouldn't change, but still asked me to confirm my details. I've just found out the my DD hasn't been set up and I've had to phone ee myself to sort it.... AVOID!!!!!!
