No instructions with the phone so I damaged the screen getting the back off. The phone will cost £60 to repair .A free phone but you will not cancel the contract, or give me another phone .I realise it is my fault but I think the absence of instructions is a contributing factor.
Another phone would placate me and solve an unsatisfactory situation.
