Generally awful customer service. I've been a customer of E2Save for some years and the service standard has dropped significantly, as well as the competitiveness of the offers. The sales advisors generally give misleading information and the customer services advisors (save a couple) have little understanding. The last time I ordered a phone, it was for delivery a week later. Upon checking why it was not delivered, I was told that the process hadn't been completed properly by the first advisor and a credit check hadn't been done ( despite the fact that one had and 1p had been taken from my debit card). Another credit check and 1p deduction was carried out and I was assured that it would be delivered the next working day. It did not turn up and upon calling to check, I was told that there had been some problem and it would be sent out that day to arrive the following day. Again it did not turn up and upon calling to enquire, I was told that it would be sent that day to arrive the next day. I was guaranteed it would be delivered the following day and took a day off work..the phone did not turn up. Upon calling again, I was told there was a problem at the warehouse and it would be sent out that day. This time it finally did arrive. Serious reservations about using E2Save again.
