e2save have recently sent me a phone and upgraded my contract without my say so. The website is next to useless if you do not have a order number and your waiting time on the customer services is horrendous. I have had to wait 15 minuets and pay out of my own money at 10p per minute to cancel my non order. I now have no service on my phone which i am assuming is down to this debacle. I would like this resolved today with an offer of compensation.
Do not use this company they are con men.
