I WAS TOLD BY THE GENTLEMAN WHO CALLED SO SEE IF I WANTED TO UPGRADE I TOLD HIM THAT I HAD AN IPAD THAT I NO LONGER NEEDED BUT STILL HAD A FEW MONTHS TO GO ON THE CONTRACT HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD ARRANGE FOR THE PAYMENTS TO BE STOPPED THIS WAS A BLATENT LIE I HAVE CONTACTED ORANGE THEY RECOMMEND THAT I SPEAK TO ONE OF YOUR SUPERVISORS AS CONDUCT LIKE THIS GIVES THE WRONG INPRESSION TO FUTURE COSTOMERS
