A really disappointing start to the contract. Phone delivered 14/8/14 and up to now I have not been connected to my preferred supplier. I hope it improves and that you go someway to reimbursing me for my troubles, it appears you do not have a procedure for contacting your new customers to see if all is well. I propose you look at your procedures to improve your customer service
