|I also asked him for as sim card for my husband to try and get his old phone to work which he sent me. I phoned E2, spoke to a lady, again explained what had occurred and she said she would look into it for me, again I did not get a call back. I also had to go to my bank and they changed my banking card as whoever committed the fraud had my account number. I have spent at least 4 hours on the phone regarding this along with a lot of distress having to repeat the scenario over and over again. I do not feel I have had any support at all from orange (apart from Keith who actually explained what had happened) the shop were unable to help either. I am now tied into another contract with you but\ sincerely wish I was with another supplier. I would like to hear your comments on this matter but I will not hold my breath. I do not expect I will hear anything from you as before.
