Was very disappointed at first that my phone was not in stock after placing an order. Later that evening I spoke to an adviser by the name of Joshua who dealt with my query in an exceptional manner. He arranged a different colour of phone on the same contract and had it delivered by the next day. Hats off excellent service and super customer service by Joshua.
