Hi, I was very pleased with the customer service part from E2 save. Everything was done quick and efficient. However, I had hoped you would choose a different courier company to deliver my phone. There was someone at home the whole day. They answered the intercom when it was buzzed by the courier but he never came up instead he just attempted the delivery and I got an email saying 'nobody was home to sign for the delivery. This is very disappointing. I hope you choose a different a courier service in the future. Thank you.
