I placed my order online for 2 nokia Lumia 635 phones. The status on the website showed that the phones would be delivered the next day. Having not received the phones on Tuesday, I called the sales number only to be told that there was a problem with the order. Note that I needed the phones for my kids who started school today. As a result they dont have phones which leaves me in a very difficult position. The order was finally resolved by Simon, and a thanks to him, however, I do feel the company did not make any attempt to contact me to resolve the problem. Instead waited on me to call their very expensive number and wait to be connected to an operator. Overall it left me feeling let down by a company that I have just purchased 2 handsets from. I am still waiting on delivery, hoping there is no problems there. I do feel that I should be compensated for the inconvenience.
