could understand one advisor making one mistake but in my dealings with e2save not one of the numerous advisors I spoke to actually completed what they said they would. It took me at least two phone calls to correct each error, with the exception of one advisor called Tom, who actually did what he said he would do. However, at this stage I was so frustrated and out of the will to continue with the company that I cancelled my account. Has ensured that I will NEVER deal over the phone again re my mobile phone contract. My experience was so disasterous it could be considered comical if it hadn't left me so angry and without a working phone or sim for two weeks now! I can't imagine I am alone in this experience, shame on the management who are responsible for training and monitoring their call centre staff.
