I called e2save to take out a new contract. It was at a very busy time, as I needed thi s phone and contract before going to hospital with a child to undergo a major operation. I clearly told the salesman that I want a contract with o2. When the phone came in the post, it was on orange. I immediately called e2save to cancel, as the orange network does work very poorly around my house and therefore is uselesss. To the credit of that customer service manager, this got sorted out well and I was put through to sales to get a new phone. (But I had to call orange many times till it was all cancelled with them, as I kept getting bills for a service I cancelled before I could ever use it. Finally recently I got confirmation of a zero bill.) I then bought a contract which costs £18 per month and should cost £ 6 after cashback. However, when checking on my account on e2saves website, it gives me a smaller cashback than promised. I called a few times, everytime waiting ages to get through, to be promised that this will be updated. However, when I check it in my account section, it is still not sorted out. PLEASE COULD YOU SORT THIS OUT! THANKS!
