From ordering to delivery, the service was excellent! However, I found lack of clarity on the instructions on how to start the devise, contract information, troubleshooters instructions etc. were not there at all. Micro sim together with a sim adapter was provided but to a non IT expert , it wasnt clear enough on what to do. Also whilst entering into the contract, i provided my pac number but nothing is working at the moment.
My sim card registration failed - dont know what to do!!
