Absolutely shocking. Sent me the wrong phone and to my address when I specifically said to the store and that i wanted the s5 mini bot the s5! I now have to wait another 7-10 days for a new phone as I got the wrong phone by a awful memeber of staff. Will be taking my buisness away from carphone warehouse in the future. Disgrace!
