the service was very good but qeue time was unbeliveably long. secondly the staff could be trained a bit more and better in terms of rresolving matters and explaining issues. Finally, transferring customers from one department to the other even though the customers choose the option through the answer machine system to filter through and making clear choice about why they rang e 2 save for... other thant that its good.
