delivered my parcel to wrong address which meant someone else could have gone off with my phone. I rang e2save next day to ask where my delivery was which said it had been signed for and delivered which it had not been delivered to me.
customer service was very poor i wait to speak to someone over 45 mins by which time i had to leave to go to work and my problem was still unsolved.
due to these facts it is highly unlikely that i will be conduct business with this company and again, and was highly considering just cancelling the contract straight away. i had to solve the problem my self. not what i expect from and sub company of Carphone warehouse
