Service given ok with one exception -
Please ensure all future prospective customers are clearly made aware prior to purchase of upgrade that service provider, namely O2, disconnect your existing SIM card from network as new phone is dispatched with live new SIM card and bearing in mind delivery can take 3-5 days you are without a mobile phone for that period.
I was not impressed. Tried to sort problem on live chat with both phone provider and network provider who each in turn blamed the other party.
