Firstly I was bombarded by phone calls every day and always during business hours. Often I couldn't answer so there could be 2 or 3 calls a day. No voicemail was ever left which would have meant I could call back when it was convenient to me. It was only when I finally did manage to answer that I found out where all the calls had been coming from. Once I got a call at a convenient time I was able to agree an upgrade. I asked for a Samsung S5 in blue. The following day I was called to say they were out of stock and would I have black instead? I didn't want black because my husband already had a black one but reluctantly agreed. Next day and another call to say that the blue phone would cost me another £34.99. I explained that I'd already been told that blue was out of stock and I'd agreed to have a black. Next day I'm on my way out on a business trip abroad and got a call to say that black was out of stock and would I have blue, white or gold - no mention of an extra charge. Great - I'll have blue! I then rang back to say don't despatch until 3/11 because I didn't want to run the risk of being without a phone whilst out of the country. While I was away I got a message that the phone would be delivered on 31/10. The phone was delivered on 31/10 - and it's black!!!!! A total comedy of errors and I seriously doubt my own sanity in not cancelling the order. The only reason I allowed it to go ahead was that I was away, didn't have time to shop around and needed a new phone quickly as my current one is playing up. The only good thing I can say is that your staff were very pleasant to talk to, and were trying to help, every time they phoned. Would I use you again? No Way!
