e2save phoned me and the guy introduced himself as calling from the Carphone Warehouse. Consequently I presumed this a follow-up call to my online upgrade enquiry and enquiry in store. I placed the order but got the wrong phone delivered.
Because the caller misled me I had wrong phone delivered, which I had to return, my SIM turned off twice, and my attempt to buy an upgrade (from Carphone Warehouse website) blocked twice.
e2save caused me a great deal of hassle and money.
I would NOT recommend e2save because or their misleading sales practices.
