Accepting offer was the easy part.
The phone arrived as promised.
Then you have to get the back off the Nokia phone to insert battery & sim card.
Read instructions, struggled & damaged phone, back still on!
Watched U-Tube video of process, even they were struggling.
In desperation used pen knife & finally got back off, without further damage.
My criticism here of e2save is them selling a phone, which has a major problem, without any hint. Luckily I have insurance which covers this.
Trying to contact the call centre is abominable. It seems every conceivable trick is used to prevent you actually speaking to a human being. It was possible but what a struggle and then the long wait. I wished that I had not bothered.
