I was originally contacted by one of your agents, purporting to represent Orange, who offered me a cheaper contract and a free upgrade for my phone. On at least three occasions I asked for, and was given, reassurance that I would indeed be paying less per month before agreeing to proceed. When the phone was delivered, late on 4th November, I was surprised to discover that I was contracted to pay almost £40 per month for 24 months. This is quite outrageous mis-selling and, to add insult to injury, I have had to pay £8.45 to return the product to you by special delivery!
I look forward to hearing your explanation/comments, and also ask that you reimburse me the postal charges (£8.45).
