Despite being asked for a suitable delivery address which I gave, the phone was not delivered to that address, but delivered to my home whilst I was not at home. Only subsequently did I discover that a first order delivery requires to be delivered to the billing address. I received my new phone 5 days, 3 working days after placing my order.
When I received the delivery parcel, the box inside the bag had opened, and the phone was lying loose in the bag. I do not yet know if it has sustained any damage.
Despite requesting transfer and continuation of my old/previous mobile number, I was given a new number.
All in all, a very poor service.
