Would have got Good or even very good but for asking me to ring back on a 0845 number at 10p a minute charge.
They could have E-Mailed me or rang me as the call was only to confirm the details I had already provided.
The call lasted 12 minutes and cost me £1.20 and I do not see any reason for it.
