Having had time to reflect I don't understand why my first order had to be cancelled and I had to go through two credit check/applications in 2 days. Why the delivery address of my initial order couldn't be amended is baffling.
It was also disappointing that the delivery expectation I was given wasn't met. I cancelled the second order on the phone the 12th.
I am concerned of the effects on my credit file of two applications in two days as this can give the impression of fraud or financial difficulty.
