Received a call from E2save, telling me that they could save me money as my plan was charging me too much as I no longer had to pay for my handset.
I ask them not to change anything on my tarrif eg unlimited calls, texts, data etc.
Later on I found out that they had taken away the NHS discount that I had on my account for years, and they had also reduced my data from 2G to 1G.
I will never use them again.
