I received my handset only 4 days later than expected. I was told my free gift would arrive 2 working days later. That was 18 November it is now the 1 December and I still haven't received it.
I have been communicating with Customer Services both by phone and email. I have been 'guaranteed' on 3 occasions it would arrive the next day bit to no avail. I was told on the phone and even have emails from them telling me it would arrive on specific dates but no.
The last time i spoke to customer services they said they had checked with the relevant department and that the gift had been despatched to the couriers. I called the couriers and they have no record of any delivery for me. They told me E2save would have a consignment number if that had been the case but E2save say they dont know what a consignment number is they only have an order number which is a complete lie.
