Purchase and delivery of new mobile phone went smoothly and stress-free. Courier delivery was efficient as i was kept informed of the progress and was give time slot of the delivery which is very helpful. Lets hope the cash redemption process goes smoothly, at the time of writing this feedback i have not experienced this yet.
