After Initially being very happy with the deal I received for my contract update / this was short lived . My new phone was arranged to be delivered to the nearest car phone warehouse / because my address was wrong on the system and they couldnt change it - which was fine - i was happy to pick it up - I then recieved a text later that day saying my phone would be delivered the next day - only to my old address !!! After trying on numerous occasions to try and get hold of someone - I had no choice but to delay the order being delivered to the wrong address to buy more time to sort it out !! It then took me a ridiculous amount of time to actually speak to a human being and when I did - they said they were sorry about the mix up and the lady I spoke to said this would be sorted and that my new phone would be delivered to my nearest car phone warehouse . I was working on that day I believed it had been delivered but went in the next day to the car phone warehouse only to be told it wasn't there and that it had in fact been delivered to my old address - not once but twice !!! Thankfully the people that live there were honest to refuse to take it !!! I again am trying to get to speak to a person - which seems impossible with this company / so I'm still without my phone and can't speak to anyone !! The customer service is abismal and I am very angry with the ongoing situation !!
