Despite having a nice new phone I cannot use it I have tried without any success to contact you but have not had any success please can you contact me by phone to sort this problem out I have even sent you an email but have had no reply I tried ringing you but the number is constantly engaged please please please contact me regarding this matter all I want is for the sim card to be activated
