Very helpful team polite an considerate, they gave me a great deal which I've been a customer For a particular network for over 9 years an for the price plan I have have only been offered old phones. I'm very happy with the phone they offered and got to keep my price plan so far I love my Samsung s5 mini although the only complaint I have was I had to take my new phone to the shop as it wouldn't allow me to do anything even after the 48 hr period an a new aim had to be entered but that's the down fall with technology it's never fault proof overall I'm happy with everything.
