I am really very annoyed and disappointed. Two years ago I received a call to upgrade my mobile phone and when delivered it was the wrong phone. I spent too much time and money contacting e2save to collect it and change it, and after two failed attempts, I just decided to keep the incorrect phone. I have been unhappy with the phone for the past two years and so was eagerly awaiting the call to upgrade. I did receive the call promptly and we discussed all the available options so I made the correct decision. Later that day I received an email confirming my order, which was completely incorrect (again) - the wrong phone, memory and tariff! Since then, I have spent at least £10 just trying to contact the correct people to talk to and refused to accept the phone when it was due to be delivered the next day (before Christmas). I now have to wait 3-5 working days before the phone that I did not order is cancelled to then start the whole process again. That is, if e2Save remember to contact me to upgrade, otherwise it will be me spending my money to contact them again! To top it all off, the day the incorrect order went through my current phone has not connected to the network so I am unable to use internet/apps that require a connection away from home. To summarise, e2Save have left me with a phone that does not connect to the network and I have to wait until the new year before I get another sales call to upgrade and I have no faith that this process will run smoothly from here on. I just hope that I get some compensation for the time and money I've spent trying to sort this and the inconvenience caused to me. The only positive about e2save is that when I did manage to speak to sales and customer services, the ladies were professional, polite and very helpful.
