Pleased with the service from E2 but not with the gift delivery. After receiving the phone I had no contact regarding delivery of the TV, contacted E2 on 2nd Jan and was told I would be sent a text and it would be wth me 6-7th of Jan. Nothing happened so I contacted you again this morning to be told the delivery company has gone into administration and there will be a further delay of up to a week. Surely last Friday this would have been known by yourselves as it was already out in the media. So I am pretty disappointed at the service as this was to be a gift to my son this weekend. I am being given a months free line rental as compensation but feel the situation has not been dealt with as to informing of any delays.
