E2Save let me down on this occasion. Purchased another phone from them a month or so ago and that delivery went fine. On this occasion the phone was delivered 3 days late (and after my old contract had ended), despite me chasing Customer Services on at least 3 separate occasions. Number has yet to be ported.
Very unhappy with the poor service on this occasion and will have to think carefully about using their service again in future.
