You operate a service that appears to be CPW but are actually e2save.com.I was sent a new 'phone with an inactive SIM that took me 5 days to activate with O2.When I called CPW customer services they re-directed me to e2save,washing their hands of the issue and saying it down to you.Your customer services gave me no useful advice and I ended up having to go to an O2 shop to get the phone sorted.
I never want to deal with any Dixon CPW store or associated company again,I dislike one firm hiding behind the other and fobbing off the customers.
