I bought the mobile as I was recommended by my sister and she advised me that we would get a referral fees but as I placed the order online I couldn't find the recommend family & friends option so I placed the order online on Wed and gave a ring to the sales team 2 mints after placing the order. i explained them about the referral and they advised me that I need to speak to customer services which i did the very next day but I was told that my sister needs to speak as she was the only who referred me
she has spoken to the customer services team and all they say is we would not give you a referral fees
This is really disappointing customer services and it leaves a rather bad taste
I a m in the process of refunding the handset as this is totally unacceptable
