The Sales person knew the product well and understood my needs and the deal was completed quite quickly, received the mobile next day which was very impressive.
The only suggestion I have is make your cashback much simpler as quite often I have issue where the new PAK number is not noted in your system even after advising E2 save as I have other contracts with you to. Bills sent via account are rejected for no reasons...
