I received a call just before my upgrade and I knew what I wanted as I had done my research. I explained to the Advisor what I was already being offered and he found me a better deal. Instead of paying £100 extra for my phone he managed to give it to me for free! I asked him to call me back at a later time as my battery was low and as promised he called back at the time I recommended. The phone arrived on time, I was able to track it accurately and the whole experience was very positive! I would like to thank my Advisor Luke for being very professional, helpful and knowledgeable!
