Very satisfied with overall service regarding ease of ordering and very prompt delivery.
One big disapointment however is the lack of a comprhensive user manual especially as I am of the age who are not particular gadget orientated. All I got was a little leaflet on how to put in the sim card and battery. I looked on the internet but do not feel that I want to print off 120 pages. I really feel that this information should be sent with the phone and therefor feel badly let down.
