It was a bit confusing at first, like most people after the phone arrived and there was £0.00 blance on it, I thought it wasn't right. After querying and I found out that you have to wait a day or so to get 02 to put your £10 on, then I felt happier. Only thing was after a day or so I got a text from 02 stating that they had taken my £10 and given me bundle which lasted a month. I had to sort that out with 02, as I am a pensioner and wanted my £10 on PAYG, as my £10 will last me longer than a month. So after that was sorted ll seems to be OK, apart from I do not seem to be able to get to lock my kaypad and have a code No. to re-open it. I have tried asking to lock keypad and it asks for a code, I have tried 12345 a few times resulting in locking the phone (02 to the rescue with a PUK no.). Any ideas on how to do this would be gratefully received.
