Where do i start, Phone came quick.... as you would expect. On the back of the delivery note it states "if your Gift is from an external supplier, it'll arrive the next working Day after you receive your handset". So I took the 19th Feb off work eagerly awaiting my contractually agreed 50" TV. Nothing arrived........ Phone Customer Services and they said it should not say next day on the delivery note and they would amend this, then said Tuesday 24th Latest and DPD or UK Mail would confirm by e-mail the delivery date. It is now Thursday 26th and after 2 calls they are still looking into where this TV is, they even gave me a UK Mail Ref No to contact them as the TV was in their hands, UK Mail have no record of any parcel and the Number E2Save gave me was no reference they use, and, they have nothing in the entire system with my Postcode on. Phoned E2Save again to explain this and they are telling me they need to look into this and come back to me. I use Courier Companies and I know that the Courier always leaves a consignment reference upon collection of your sent parcels for your customers to track on-line. So if they can't find my parcel i'm sure E2save will not find my parcel. This leaves me with 2 thoughts, 1, Have the Gift warehouse dispatched a 50" TV with no factual evidence of dispatch. Or 2, Have they actually not sent the TV to me and what they are telling me is all lies.........? I spoke with "Customer Services" again and have informed them that unless they get me a satisfactory update by close of business today I will go and buy a 50" Samsung TV and send them the Bill, and include an Invoice for a wasted day off.
