I recently ordered a new phone from E2Save but the price, service (the combination of mins+text+data) appears incorrectly in the account of network provider, number has not been passed to the network provider even after 9 days, no detailed guide for the first time user of the phone, my previous query was not answered but marked as "solved", I can't believe such a poor level of service quality!!
