The young man I spoke with was charming, very polite and a pleasure to speak to......sadly I can't remember his name.......I love my up grade. ...am still learning all the different functions....The only problem I would say there is is the data is very slow to get certain sites on the internet i.e internet banking for one.......overall your service was excellent......Thank you
