Ordering online is easy but when problems occur ie SIM card not working I spent nearly an hour ( in total) trying to sort the problem out on an 0871 telephone number. At the end, the problem was accepted by Vodaphone, not E2Save, but I felt it could have been put right more efficiently. After a new SIM from Vodaphone the problem is still not sorted - another card on the way!!!!!!
