i received a call from the team told them what phone I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and they did all the hard work and found me a deal. easy peasy just like that my deal was done, new phone arrived next day. small snag with o2 setting it up, but easily sorted. no fuss, no stress and number ported as well. now if they could just teach me to use the phone my life would be complete. lol
