Although there was a slight problem with my order (the free Tablet offer was not in stock) I was kept fully informed of the progress of my order. - The phone was sent out on time (although the Courier Sevice was letting you down a little) - Having need to contact Customer Services they were extremely efficient and polite (and apologetic) and managed to sort out my order to my complete satisfaction.
