My contract upgrade needed to calls as one got disconnected. On the second call, the process went through under the assumption that I wanted a new contract and not an upgrade. The customer sales rep was very polite and corrected this and processed the order fairly quickly. However, I did not receive any order confirmation email from e2save. My order arrived promptly on time which was excellent. But I still do not have any email detailing my order or invoice, or redemption details.
