I've upgrade my mobiles previously through E2Save so when I was in a position to do so again I had no hesitation visiting the website. Everything is clearly laid out and the "search" facility and the "filters" make finding what you want easy. The online ordering process let them down this time. I placed the order, I input my current mobile number for it to be transferred to the new phone, pressed "next" and the order was gone. Phone ordered. Then the realisation "isn't somebody going to need my bank details ?" Then I thought, "well I've used them before, perhaps they still have my details" Sure enough, the next day I got emails, I got texts and I had a missed call. I was at work and didn't have my banking details with me. It delayed the process by 24hrs, This error within their website with the bank details and the subsequent delay is why I've rated them 4 instead of 5. Great company, great prices - but it the little things that let them down on this occasion
