Well! After ordering 2 phones earlier this month & these were for 2 81 year olds I assumed that instruction would accompany items. yesterday I was informed by friends that I would need to set an account which I assumed would be done when ordering having given my bank details plus the fact that my wife was informed on her phone now had accumulated a charge of £10.01 whereas The package I ordered was for £7.50/month. Upon trying set
up an account my email address was not recognised so here I am not being able to setup an account, so I say please HELP
